CLAIMING MILES IN TIE-UP SCREEN
212 miles – Based on a trip where train and/or power originates at CP-DRAW and terminates at CP-BD (MP SR 213) in Binghamton. This was determined using the following calculations:
* CP-DRAW to CP-PANAMA (via Bison Runner) -
419.9 – 424.7 equals 4.8 miles
* CP-PANAMA to CP-BD (Southern Tier Line)
419.9 – 213.2 equals 206.7 miles.
* TOTAL MILES = 211.5 Since the computer doesn't deal in
fractions, 212 should be claimed.
