VACATION MAINTENANCE

02-27, 03-06, 03-13, 03-20, 03-27, 04-03, 04-24, 05-01, 05-08, 05-22, 05-29, 06-05, 09-18, 09-25, 10-02, 10-09, 10-23, 10-30, 11-06, 11-20, 11-27, 12-04 and 12-11

The following Trainmen vacation weeks are open:

02-27, 03-06, 03-13, 03-20, 03-27, 04-03, 04-10, 04-17, 04-24, 05-01, 05-08, 05-15, 05-22, 05-29, 06-05, 06-12, 06-26, 07-10, 07-17, 07-24, 07-31, 09-11, 09-18, 09-25, 10-02, 10-09, 10-16, 10-23, 10-30, 11-06, 11-13, 11-20, 11-27, 12-04, 12-11, 12-18 and 12-25

Changes can be made via the main menu of the NS computer access system using option 14 (Future Layoff Request). There is a prompt to change vacation weeks. One week per year can be used as single days if desired. In either case, the week of effected vacation must be noted in the "Remarks" section of the screen.
